Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a technologist in machine-building production;
Knowledge of ESCD, reading drawings;
Work experience in welding production in the field of quality acceptance, organizational skills;
Ability to work with regulatory documents;
The ability to draw up technical documentation, marriage certificates
Responsibilities
Development of technological standards, procedures (instructions) for packaging, preservation;
Development of methods of technical control and product testing. Preparation of technological data sheets for products;
Reconciliation of the actual parameters of the manufactured products with the indicators specified in the technical documentation, drawings, GOST standards;
Coordination of the developed documentation with the Company's divisions;
Preparation of technical documentation for shipment of products: preparation of packing and shipping statements;
Control of labeling and packaging of shipped products;
Control of the packing of products in packaging containers. Control of quantity and quality of packaged products in packaging containers;
Registration of technical documentation, marriage documents;
Identification of technological inconsistencies and causes of marriage;
Experience in complaint work;
Skills of working with 1C Enterprise software, Compass-3D, Confident PC user (MS Office package)
